Sony ready to sell a "robotic humanoid pet"
Bored with robotics dogs? No problem. Sony has unveiled its new entertainment robot. Dubbed "SDR-4X", the robot is a small, human-like, 23-inch tall robot. It can walk, avoid obstacles, recognize colors, take digital pictures, and even engage in simple conversations in natural language.
The robot should be on sale later this year, at a price that could be the one of "a luxury car".
